The MSU Opera Workshop proudly presents scenes from Bodas de Sangre (Blood Wedding), an opera-in-progress newly commissioned by the Cali School that explores the intersection of blind passion, fate and death. Internationally recognized composers Duarte-Lopez and Eremiasova team up to create this original musical setting of the classic 1931 play by the indomitable Spanish playwright Federico Garcia Lorca.
*Undergraduate students at MSU receive one ticket at no additional charge to every event through the Performing Arts Fee. Tickets may be reserved at the Alexander Kasser Theater Box Office, with a valid student I.D.
